Ethan got sidewalk chalk paint for his birthday,
so we spent some of Easter day painting the driveway
painting hands
painting toes
and painting hair
The week after spring break Owen started swim lessons
with his friends Willie and Holden
Ethan had spirit week at school
and our favorite was Crazy Hair Day
Aunt Allie got us all together again this year
to plant flowers for Earth Day
Owen loves picking out his clothes for the day,
and often chooses something like this:
swim shirt, cowboy costume, alligator rain boots and big bird hat

I think he loves this almost as much as swimming.

Since the strawberry field is so close to our house,
Owen and I made a little last-minute trip to pick some strawberries
with our friends Lanika and Willie.
But I'm sure this won't be our last trip to the strawberry field this season!
