A Month in Pictures
(and a few words)
In the past month we've...
spent a week and a half sick, laying on the couch, practicing our pucker face

and waiting for our brother to feel better
practiced standing with daddy
showed lots of smiles, despite our first ear infection

ate our VERY FIRST bank sucker
(Bank Sucker: the sucker I used to decline when the bank teller offered because my son wasn't able to eat it...then he could, but needed help holding it...and now can eat ALL BY HIMSELF in the backseat while I'm driving!)

practiced sitting in our big-boy-high-chair
made it known that we DID NOT like rice cereal,
but really enjoyed eating our fingers
let mommy take pictures of our feet with her new camera
learned to eat daddy's nose

had a picnic in the yard

went on a few walks in the neighborhood
(and yes, we made sure to bring Abby along)
spent A LOT of time chewing on Sophie
wore this cool new coral shirt mommy picked up
at one of her many spring consignment sales
learned to play with our toes

laid on the front porch naked, like a beached whale
(and yes, as you can see by the bandaid on the leg...got our first vaccination)

played with our toes some more - we have become a pro at this, by the way
smiled some more for mommy's new camera
took advantage of the warm weather and
spent some more naked time on the front porch
played in our playroom
(if you are a physical therapist and you are reading this blog...please ignore the W sitting)

ate the letter "o" with mommy

learned to grab at anything coming our way
and though we were sad we didn't get to wear the cute snowsuit and winter hats this year,
we decided we could really
really
really get used to playing outside in this beautiful spring weather
